Refund policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are final for any items marked "sale", any items purchased with coupon codes or items in our handmade Signature Collections (e.g. The Bora Bora Collection.)

Other items may be eligible for store credit only, minus a 15% restocking fee, with buyer-paid return shipping.

Returns require authorization via info@maisonlasirene.com. Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, and undamaged. For repairs or items damaged during shipping, email high resolution photos for review; repairs and replacements are determined case-by-case.
